Very peaceful park and beautiful building complex. Awesome views from up top reserved for staff working in the building. Don't know why reviews are referring to this as a station as it is clearly a single building with facilities like shops and a water fountain and is connected to the Higashi Shinjuku station via exit A3. Unrelated to the station itself. Located conveniently opposite to a supermarket and closed to the train station. An ideal office location for any company.
